No. This is a renter-operated vessel, and a captain is not included or provided by Donzville.
The primary renter/operator must be at least 25 years old, have prior boating experience and meet all applicable Boatsetter, insurance-policy and Texas operating requirements. If the renter prefers a captain, the renter must independently hire a qualified captain and disclose the arrangement before departure.

Safety comes first. Donzville may delay, modify or cancel a rental before vessel release when weather or water conditions are unsafe. Once underway, the renter/operator is responsible for monitoring conditions and returning when continued operation becomes unsafe.
Refund or rescheduling eligibility is determined by the policy applicable to the Boatsetter reservation. Cloudy skies, temperature changes or brief light rain do not automatically qualify for cancellation.
Guests age 21 or older may bring and responsibly consume their own alcohol. Donzville does not sell, serve or provide alcohol.
The renter/operator—and any independently hired captain—must remain completely sober before and throughout vessel operation. Glass containers, red wine, underage drinking, illegal substances and excessive intoxication are prohibited.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time for identification and operator verification, required documents and waivers, the vessel walkthrough, safety instructions and boarding.
The rental will still end at its originally scheduled time when guests arrive late.
Bring a valid photo ID, any legally required boater-education documentation, sunscreen, sunglasses and approved food or beverages.
Soft-sided coolers are recommended. Glass containers and red wine are prohibited. Guests may wear shoes to the meeting location but will be asked to remove them before boarding. Donzville provides the required vessel-safety equipment.
No. Swimming, fishing, tubing, water-skiing, wakeboarding and all towing or in-water activities are prohibited during Donzville experiences.
Select your preferred experience and complete the reservation securely through Boatsetter. A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been completed, availability has been verified and the renter/operator has satisfied the applicable approval requirements.
By booking, the renter agrees to Donzville’s Guest Policies, the insurer-required waiver and all terms presented through Boatsetter.
Donzville follows the Flexible cancellation policy displayed through Boatsetter. Guests may cancel without penalty until 24 hours before the booking start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable, subject to any applicable Boatsetter protection or exception.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through Boatsetter. Donzville cannot override non-refundable platform charges or fees.
Donzville may delay, modify, reschedule or cancel a rental before vessel release when weather, mechanical or water conditions create a safety concern.
Once the vessel has been released, the renter/operator is responsible for monitoring conditions, operating safely and returning to the designated location when instructed or when continued operation becomes unsafe.
Cloudy skies, temperature changes or brief light rain do not automatically qualify for cancellation. Rescheduling and refund eligibility are determined by the policy applicable to the Boatsetter reservation.
Guests must arrive 30 minutes before departure. The rental will end at the originally scheduled time even when guests arrive late. Late arrival may reduce time on the water without a refund or price adjustment.
Guests who fail to arrive or communicate through Boatsetter before their scheduled departure will be considered no-shows. Refund or rescheduling eligibility will be determined by the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.
The primary renter/operator must be at least 25 years old, possess appropriate boating experience and meet all Boatsetter, insurance-policy and Texas operating requirements.
When required by Texas law, the operator must carry valid photo identification and proof of approved boater education. Only the approved operator—or an independently hired captain who has been disclosed and approved—may operate the vessel.
The renter/operator assumes responsibility for navigation, lawful vessel operation, passenger safety and compliance with all posted and communicated operating restrictions during the rental period.
Donzville may refuse to release the vessel when the renter/operator:
• Cannot provide the required identification or documentation
• Appears impaired or unfit to operate safely
• Cannot demonstrate adequate familiarity with basic vessel controls
• Refuses the safety walkthrough or required documents
• Misrepresents the intended operator, passenger count or planned use
Any refund eligibility following a refused release will be determined by the applicable Boatsetter policy and the circumstances causing the refusal.
Guests must behave responsibly and avoid conduct that endangers themselves, other guests, the vessel or surrounding property.
Illegal substances, violence, harassment, reckless behavior, unauthorized vessel operation and entry into restricted areas are prohibited. Unsafe conduct may result in refusal of vessel release or early termination without a Donzville-issued refund.
Swimming, fishing, tubing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, towing and all other in-water activities are prohibited. Guests may not enter the water from the vessel at any time.
Only guests age 21 or older may possess or consume alcohol. Donzville does not sell, serve or provide alcohol.
The renter/operator—and any independently hired captain—must remain completely sober before and throughout vessel operation. Glass containers, red wine, underage drinking, illegal substances and excessive intoxication are prohibited.
Alcohol-related conduct that creates a safety concern may result in refusal of vessel release, an immediate return to shore or termination of the rental.
The booking renter is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, missing property, late return or rule violations caused by anyone in their party.
Donzville may document and submit eligible charges or claims through Boatsetter according to its procedures. Charges will reflect reasonable cleaning, repair, replacement or related costs.
The vessel may be operated only within the approved boating area and by the approved operator. Subleasing, unauthorized commercial use, towing, racing, reckless operation and allowing an unauthorized person to operate are prohibited.
The vessel must be returned to the designated location on time and in substantially the same condition in which it was released, ordinary wear excepted.
Every participating guest, whether paying or complimentary, must complete the insurer-approved liability waiver before boarding. Each adult must sign individually. When a minor is permitted to participate, a parent or legal guardian must complete the required documents on the minor’s behalf.
Guests without a completed waiver will not be permitted to participate.
By submitting a reservation, the booking renter confirms that they have reviewed and accepted Donzville’s Guest Policies and accepts responsibility for communicating these requirements to everyone in their party.
